Judith Herman's words (left) are my guiding principle in the services that I offer. As women, we have all experienced a lack of power or power being taken away from us. So to heal, learn, grow, and evolve we need to have choice as an inherent part of any work we do.
My intention as a TCTSY Facilitator, ADHD Success Coach, and guide along women's journey to Self-love is to create safe spaces where authenticity, transparency, and choice are at the base of all we do.

Pathways to Wellness University marries ancient wisdom, neuroscience, and modern tools and techniques (along with Jen's 9+ years of experience as a therapist specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and stress in women) to bring you unique programming that works.
Evidence-Based Practices
Pathways to Wellness University offer evidence-based practices for working with ADHD, trauma recovery, regulating the nervous system and your emotions, and more. Further, Jen walks the talk. She consistently uses the practices she recommends and does not recommend things she has not done herself.

Whether you are part of the ADHD Membership Program, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, or The Self-Loved Woman Way(TM), you can access your classes and course library on your phone.

We all have full lives and can't always make live meetings and events happen. You are welcome to join Jen live or on recordings of the live sessions; if you have questions leading up to a live event, you are welcome to email them to Jen ahead of time.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga is an evidence-based, adjunctive treatment for PTSD and/or complex trauma. It can help you heal from your past wounds and reconnect with your body so you can:

Between a pandemic and moving to another country, I have become extremely stressed, frazzled, and disorganized. I have not had the time or energy to establish meaningful connections or even services to help me at my new home.
I am so grateful for Jen's online course to help me regain some connection with myself and find the necessary calm and focus that I needed.
The course is structured so well and the information is very well presented. I can also work at my own pace and time, which was important to me.
One of my biggest challenges is being able to quiet my mind - it seems to be going all the time, racing through a million thoughts all the time.
The techniques you learn in working with Jen are so very helpful in learning to find stillness, put things into perspective and find a little peace. It takes practice and you need to commit to the process, but it helps so very much.
As women, we seem to put our own self-care on the very last wrung of importance even when we achieve empty-nester status. Take some time, make yourself a priority and join this program.
