"Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are."

~ Brene Brown

Meet Jen Barnes

I have a passion for helping women empower themselves to live fully and freely – embracing the way they want life to be instead of living and being the ways they are expected to.

From a young age I was gifted with tools for helping me navigate the world with ADHD in ways that were relatively functional and that lead to great academic achievement and work performance.

However eventually, trying to fit my ADHD star-peg into the round hole of neurotypical life burned me out and left me with my own trauma to overcome. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and while I looked good on the outside inside I was a mess – anxious, depressed and struggling to function.

It wasn’t until I did my healing work and started living life in a way that worked for me and my ADHD that I started to feel less stressed, find more joy, and live fully and freely.

I love helping other women do the same.
